Iyanla Vanzant’s Spiritual Feast - Day 2 Peace Meditation

Settle yourself. Close your eyelids. Take a long deep inhale, and a complete exhale.

Now relax, and listen.

I now acknowledge, accept, believe, decree, and declare that I am grounded in the nurturing, nourishing Love of the Mother: Mother Earth, Mother Nature, the Mother of All Life. And I breathe.

I now acknowledge, accept, believe, decree, and declare that I Am connected to the protecting, guiding Presence of the Father: Creator, Divine Mind, the Source of All Life. And I breathe.

I now acknowledge, accept, believe, decree, and declare that the nurturing, nourishing Love of the Mother, and the protecting, guiding Love of the Father, are both now present in my Heart. And I breathe.

I now ask for, and open myself to experience and express, Peace.

I now acknowledge, accept, decree, and declare that the presence of peace is active in me. It now fills every atom, molecule, cell, nerve ending, muscle, system, structure, and organ of my body. And I breathe.

I declare that my mind is at peace. I declare that my heart is now stilled with the presence of peace. I declare that every aspect of my life is filled with and surrounded by all that is peaceful and peace-filled. And I breathe.

The presence of peace now fills and governs every aspect of my being. The powerful presence of peace now influences and guides the activity of my mind. I now think peacefully. I now speak peacefully. I am peaceful and peace-filled. I now act in ways that support, promote, demonstrate, and anchor peace within me, and around me. And I breathe.

The peace of the Mother and of the Father - that indestructible, omnipotent, omnipresent peace now goes forth from my heart and fills my home, my car, and my work environment. Every person and every environment that holds meaning for me is now transformed into a peace-filled place. Peace reigns in my life. Peace has dominion in my life. And I breathe.

From the soles of my feet, to the crown of my head, all that peace is, I Am.

In my mind and heart, all that peace is, I Am.

From this day until forevermore, all that peace is, I Am.

I breathe this truth into my being. I breathe peace into my heart. I breathe peace into all that I Am.  Peace is who I Am.  Peace is Who I Am.

Peace is what I Am.

Peace is What I Am.

I let it Be.

And So It Is.
